An un-built concept design for a 3000SF house + 500SF garage apartment which explored the relationship between the two living units in the context of tight deed restrictions and an open plan concept. The building mass bisects the site to segregate outdoor spaces and conform to a driveway courtyard. The street facade is organized in forms and at a scale that relates to the surrounding houses and utilizes a mix of materials which tie into the neighborhood. Collaboration with JOW Product.
